   How? By letting the system decide which Forwarder to use, prepare the barcoded label and notify the Forwarder. Also there is no longer need to check invoices manually.

   How? Every shipment is measured against the agreed transittime and forwarder performance is shown in several easy to understand graphs.

4. 4: Simplify IT

   How? By creating 1 interface with Transparix all one-to-one interfaces with all differenet Forwarders become obsolete. Future changes of Forwarders have NO It impact. Maintenance of these interfaces is unnecessary.

Transparix adds shipping functionalities to WMS and ERP systems.

Once the order is ready to ship, Transparix goes through these steps:

• Calculates the shipment cost for every forwarders that could handle this shipment.
• Selects the optimal forwarder.
• Prints the required labels with barcodes for the selected forwarder.
• Uploads the shipment information to the forwarder and books pickup.
